Located in one of the main industrial zones of the Setúbal district, with a total intervention area of 40,000 m² and dedicated to operational excellence, this project, equipped with ISO certifications, was meticulously planned so that every square meter would allow maximizing efficiency in logistics operations. The high-traffic flooring was designed to withstand the constant movement of machinery and equipment, ensuring the safety and durability of daily operations. Additionally, an intelligent lighting system was implemented, not only reducing energy consumption but also creating ideal conditions for operational activities. The presence of uneven docks ensures a continuous flow in loading and unloading operations; vertical storage structures optimize space, and a state-of-the-art ITED system supports the connectivity and efficiency of logistics operations.
