Located in the municipality of Cascais, surrounded by sea breezes, a coworking space was conceived in a modern industrially inspired environment with significant horizontal developments. The architecture of this space stands out for the balanced fusion of metallic elements, wood, and the preservation of the existing concrete structure. There is a play of elevations, combining double-height spaces with single-height spaces. The introduction of mezzanines provides more intimate areas, while high-ceilinged spaces create larger and welcoming environments. Partitions, with an elegant concealed framework, offer a smooth transition between different spaces, promoting a sense of flow and continuity. Lighting is a key element in this project, with the use of backlit panels and indirect lighting that enhance architectural details and create an immersive atmosphere.
