Rehabilitation of a loft in a minimalist and organic style for AIRBNB purposes, aiming to maximize and optimize the existing space functionally. Due to the loft's size, its efficient utilization was one of the main challenges of this project, along with the creation of the mezzanine that separates the social area from the private area. The usage of neutral colors is not only due to the intended style but also to enhance natural lighting, involving a prior study and careful optimization like the use of organic materials, favoring wood. Storage solutions that are part of the architectural function and made it possible to make the most of the space.
