Located in the historic neighborhood of Alvalade, on Avenida da Igreja, where SQUARE21 has left its mark on dozens of properties, this renovated apartment respects the original architectural style of the Estado Novo era. By restoring the original hardwood floorboards, the classic beauty of the space was reclaimed, and the environment was optimized by utilizing the characteristic high ceilings of these constructions for smart storage solutions. The meticulous restoration of doors and shutters preserved the glass panels, maintaining the original charm and natural brightness. The project was designed to prioritize natural light, balancing it with a palette of neutral tones that enhances luminosity and creates a serene atmosphere. The choice of terracotta finishes, and hydraulic tile floors adds a touch of sophistication, preserving the aesthetic while integrating contemporary elements with tradition.
