Lightness

On the banks of the Alcoa River, next to the Lovers' Garden, where conventual sweets inspire us, this renovation employs modern architectural solutions with minimalist lines, in perfect harmony with the existing surroundings. The purpose of this apartment was to create spacious areas, emphasizing the social area and the comfort of private spaces. Bold and high-quality materials were used to give it a unique character, incorporating the latest lighting technology to enhance the balance of the space. The existence of lightweight structures posed the greatest challenge in the execution of this architecturally simple project. As the name itself suggests, "Lightness," the courtyard invites us to turn towards the light and enjoy a magnificent and immersive social space.
